A completed online application must be submitted to be place in line with other applicants. If multiple applicants are interested in the same property, the home will be rented on a first come first serve basis to the first QUALIFIED applicant.
If applicant is participating with the FWHA Housing Choice Voucher Program, they must have fulfilled their current lease requirements, given proper notice to vacate, and have in their possession the RTA(Request for Tenancy Approval) packet.
Applicant cannot have any evictions within the past 3 years.
Must have good references. If currently under a lease, applicant must have fulfilled their current lease requirements, give proper notice to vacate with landlord, and have no outstanding balances owed.
Applicant will need to upload a certified report of their credit score through any verified agency of their choosing. Links for Credit Karma, TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian have been provided on the application.
Applicant will need to upload a copy of their most recent pay stub if currently employed. Monthly net income will need to be at least 2.5x's the rent of the home. Minimum of 6 months employment required at current employer.
Must provide accurate and true information on application and Landlord Verification.
If approved, applicant must provide proof of Rental Insurance at the time of lease signing.
